Sold in 2015: Buttercup has gone to Canada!  Congratulations to Nathalie on her new endurance and dressage partner!  We are so delighted that Buttercup and Nathalie are a great match!

FCF PrincessButtercup wass the first of 6 foals by our foundation stallion, AAA Legend ofthe Seas.  She is out of the wonderful mare, Payback Morning Tide.  Like all our foals, Buttercup was raised in the Faerie Court Farm mixed age and gender herd with 24/7 turnout to foster phyical and social soundness.  She matured into a balanced and athletic young mare.  Buttercup has a spunky and confident personailty and is a ton of fun. She is big-bodied with expressive gaits; her height qualifies her to show in pony divisions, but she is quite suitable for an adult who wants a smaller stature mount. FCF PrincessButtercup shows potential for dressage, endurance, or competitive trail.   Buttercup is quite forward and eager under saddle so would do best with a rider who is quietly assertive.  Buttercup was started here under saddle w/t/c and beginning lateral work and training over fences.  Her sire is talented over fences, and she seems to have some aptitude, too!
