FCF Oberons Vanity made history in 2015 when he finished 5th out of a field of 14 stallions in the 70 day Stallion Performance Test. He was the only non-Warmblood in the cohort. FCF Oberons Vanity was the highest scoring and highest placing Arabian or Arabian-bred stallion EVER to attend the North American 70 day SPT! His scores included a 10 for Character, 9 for Willingness, 9.5 for Constitution, 9 for Rideability, 8 for trot, 8 for canter, and 8.5 for XC jumping! His individual category scores were all 7.13 or higher. FCF Oberons Vanity is schooling well at 3rd level dressage and jumping courses comfortably at 1m (3'3") with his form and scope tested up to 1.25m (4’1).

FCF Oberons Vanity was inspected by the Rheinland Pfalz-Saar International (RPSI) registry . Based on the inspection evaluation and his 70 day SPT results he was given lifetime approved for breeding  in Studbook I.

In 2016, FCF Oberons Vanity stood at stud at the stallion station of Equine Reproduction, LLC in Wynnewood, OK to facilitate breeding to outside mares.   He returned to Vermont in late 2016 and is now in training with the superb team at the Ellen Miller Riding School at Constance Hill Farm.  We are so pleased to have Obie in such a fantastic training program.  Look for FCF Oberons Vanity at USDF shows in Region 8 for the 2017 season!

FCF Oberons Vanity is consistently siring foals with great feet (no high-low), superior substance and bone, good gaits, structural correctness, incredibly kind and willing temperaments, and classic Arabian beauty.  FCF Oberons Vanity is an Arabian stallion who can measure up to the top standards of the sport horse world with a pedigree that is packed with old-fashioned CMK lineages with a consistent pattern of producing athletic horses with high rideability.  FCF Oberons Vanity is the third horse in our herd sired by AF Vanitys Repeat bred by Artress Farm that also produced AF Joyva.  The other two, AF Vanitys Repeat offspring in the FCF herd are the full sisters, FCF Titanias Vanity, and FCF Silver Stardust, who with just 2 foals each so far are both proving to be be excellent broodmares including producing stallion caliber offspring.  FCF Oberons Vanity's dam, BruMarba Callisto, comes from the excellent breeding program of BruMarBa Arabians.

The last of our 2006 foal crop, Obie was born at 6:20 am on July 23rd.  He was born big (112 lbs at birth!!!) and was often a gangly youngster as he matured.  FCF Oberons Vanity was raised in the FCF herd until weaning and then had the companionship of FCF Gossamer Prince until Obie went into training.  FCF Oberons Vanity has only been show lightly with two DSHB shows in 2011 and a few schooling shows every year. In 2014 he was leased to Karin Foley of Ashley Stud US & Solar Hill Sport Horses for breeding and to assist in preparing him for the 70 day Stallion Test.
