FCF Faerie Fire is by the linebred Indraff stallion, Naibara Blaze Man, and out of one of our foundation mares, Amira Farah.

Fae is an incredibly sweet natured young mare with a strong playful streak.  She continues her role as playmate and babysitter of the two year olds, yearlings, and weanlings.  Fae is maturing into a fine young mare with the evident athleticism and grace indicated by her pedigree. Fae has wonderful fluid and free movement with a "quick hind leg". This young mare has been retained for breeding.

After several breeding cycles in 2012 and 2013 FCF Faerie Fire failed to get in foal to the superb sire, Magic Aulrab, so she will be tried with a different stallion in the future. A complete reproduction work-up reveals no signs of abnormalities so we believe this may just be an example of stallion/mare incompatibility and will try breeding her again with a different stallion.  While we are disappointed to not have success with this cross, we are looking forward to future foals by other stallions.
